Predator 26 – Control Runs Deep

Predator has never been about panic. It’s about being set, balanced, and ready to hit the pass that unlocks everything. From Zidane to Beckham to today’s midfield generals, that feeling hasn’t changed — and the 26th generation doubles down on it.

Feel and Touch

This isn’t a speed boot stripped to nothing. The upper has structure, the Strikeskin rubber fins stretch further across the forefoot, and the whole package feels planted under you. When you open up to switch play, thread a ball through traffic, or strike from range, the contact is clean and stable. There’s substance through the midfoot that makes everything feel secure, not minimal. If you like your boot to feel like a tool, not a sock, you’re in the right silo.

Which Version Fits Youh

Predator 26 comes three ways, and the choice matters.

Laced with tongue — the easiest place to start. Most balanced over the instep, most forgiving if you’re between shapes. This is the one we recommend for most players.

Tongueless laced — same structured feel but opens the top of the foot slightly more. Still adjustable, still reliable.

Laceless — the cleanest strike zone in the lineup, but it only works if your foot shape matches. If you like to tweak fit mid-game, stick with laced.

Soleplate Smarts

FG is the go-to for firm natural grass across New Zealand. It grips confidently without feeling too aggressive underfoot. On 3G or artificial turf? Go AG. The stud pattern is built for that surface, and your knees will thank you over a full winter season.

Fit Note

Medium width overall. The tongue and laced models give you more room to adjust. Laceless demands a snug, precise match. If you wear thick grip socks or sit between sizes, go up half a size.
