Returns Policy – 14 Days, Hassle-Free
We want you to love your new gear. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple. This policy balances your confidence with the realities of buying performance footwear online.
1. Change of Mind? No Problem.
Don’t like the color? Ordered the wrong size? You can return your items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
A 20% re-stocking and processing fee will apply (this covers our handling and inspection costs).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items (We messed up)
We take quality seriously. If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong product:
We will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
We will issue a full refund (including any shipping you paid to us) or send a replacement.
Note: Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by using FG boots on artificial grass, is not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

Our team will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid label (if applicable) and clear instructions.
4. Important Reminders
Inspection: All returned items are inspected. If the product shows visible signs of wear (e.g., dirty soles, scuffs), we reserve the right to decline the refund and ship the item back to you.
Timing: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a defect. For change-of-mind returns, items must be postmarked within 14 days.
5. Security & Privacy
Your data is safe with us. We use strict encryption for all transactions. Personal data is accessible only by authorized staff and is never stored in unsecured server areas.
