Shipping Policy – Free Worldwide Delivery
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on every order – no minimum spend, no hidden fees. Wherever you are, we’ll get your gear to your doorstep with transparency and care.
Shipping Overview
Shipping Cost: Free for every order, worldwide.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days to most destinations.
Carrier: We use trusted international courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Important: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, or unforeseen events. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Your Order Journey
Here’s how we keep you in the loop from checkout to delivery:
Step 1 – Order Confirmed: You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Step 2 – Order Processed: We prepare your gear for dispatch within 1–3 business days. (This is separate from shipping time.)
Step 3 – On Its Way: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Step 4 – Track & Follow: Use your tracking number to monitor your package in real time and see its estimated arrival date.
International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Delivery Delays – Our Commitment to You
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
1.First, check your tracking link for updates.
2.Second, contact us via WhatsApp or Email – we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
3.If the delay is significant (beyond a reasonable timeframe) and we are unable to resolve it, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note: Under New Zealand law, we are responsible for your delivery until it reaches you. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because it was unclaimed at customs, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the product.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any shipping you paid) if the issue is confirmed.
